...no facility in covid -19. Managements is very bad. Company policies is very bad. At interview they do fake promise after joining they said u r from BPODC & u have no any leave facility no salary, no increment no future growth.

No work-life balance. No compensation or benefits provided for weekend working or late night working. Have to work almost all weekends and everyday late night.

There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.
