Some of higher level people are so Supportive and there management is so good to overall project Delivery on time like project manager and Team lead

Dislikes

They don't provide hike and salary on committed date and They don't have much project that why they lead off people And HR s and Resources management is not good they don't have proper planning

...t so bad.. broked down emotionally and physically. They doesn't care about it. 2)They are not even providing 10 percentage of variable pay which they promised to give atheist above 50 percentage before joining.

The company is good for Freshers as there is good scope to get technical Skill.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

... work pressure is very high, sometimes, need to work 12 to 15 hours/over nights. Less compensation, no extra benefits if work extra hours, difficult to get leaves, lot of escalations, sometimes may face rude behaviour from Managers.

It was great experience to work under any circumstances ,more you deliver more you get challenges.Support from company executives and client was good about use of portal , approval,delivery of project and coordination to follow up with different team vertical,also I got a chance to lead a support team where automation of framed approach has been delivered. Felicitation at client place for delivery and attitude.

Likes

Teammates were good and supportive. Salary on time only when you are working for the client otherwise no salary will credited on time. Work life balance is good but no learning kick for future for your personal skillsets.

Dislikes

Poor management. Salary not on time when you are on bench. Less job security as they have less number of clients. Carreer growth not so good. No professional growth. Client will treat you very bad as you will be off role for them. No medical coverage at 3i. Must think before you join.
