...s is friendly nature. It have safecent cafeteria. Company policies is not good . Salary is below average means its ok only.

Our company is basecally bank support , so it's have target , terget means pressure on your mind. Its should some flexibility on tergat. Thats all.

My last day was 21 OCt 2022 still I have not got my salary it's almost 2 months as per policy 45 days waiting period. Continuously following up and mailing to HR nobody is reverting no calls no mail revert. How I will get my salary.

For freshers (M.com/MBA) company gives good learning opportunity of BA profile but it gives limited exposure to actually explore as compared to other IT companies. Employees (senior/manager/team) is supportive.

Dislikes

Salary growth is less. Floor politics. (Do your task and don't get involved) Specially, female employees doesn't/rarely gets opportunity to go onsite and actually have client interaction.

...e. No promotion and very bad appraisal, it's late and we don't get arrears also. No bonus also.. we don't get anything on time, be it salary or reimbursement or increment or bonus.

Convenient location, good leave policies and shift timings.

Dislikes

Less salary, 12 hours shift most of the time without any OT benefit. Old infrastructure, stinking toilets. Boot licker TL Govind and Rajas, Manager Arun were worst people to come across. They suddenly removed more than 100 people when the process wasn't getting any work for a month and just kept few boot lickers. Two girls used to get appreciation and support in exchange of some benefits.
