3EA is an unethical company ran by a set of unprofessional people. In their history no employee has been paid on time, most of the times salary is credited by the end of the 2nd month after testing employee's patience. Work environment is very toxic, CXOs are highly supportive of superior's dis-respective behavior towards juniors (especially towards girls) such as public humiliation, abuse, character assassination and personal comment. In such scenarios victims are tortured for raising their voice and forced to resign. Kindly note, policies like zero tolerance and timely salary are for show purpose only. The policies are exploited to their convenience. Even the office boy at the company is more competent than the CXOs and some senior employees.

Salary given was somewhat satisfactory. Other than that everything was bad. Wouldn't recommend anyone joining.

Everything. Toxic culture, late salary, low job security, abusive top management, no perks, false promises, worst work life balance. Overall 1/5 stars.

... any projects, but they expose themselves as a big company with many projects. They asks us to pay 1lakh as deposit and never returned. Beware of this company.

Fake company consisting of only 10 to 11 employees, having branches at Mumbai and Lucknow. Once you visit Mumbai office you will come to know that only 2 to 3 employees are there and they are also newly joined.

... threatening employees by that email id. She is the main villian of the company. Don't fall in trap of variable pay which this company never pay. They have office timing similar to school. Even a grocery shop owner manages employee and business better and professionally as compared to 3ea. Company deducts PT, PF, TDS from salary but does not pay to Government.
