Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

If you're in dire need of a job, then join. The CRM integration is good, you would get in depth knowledge of website extensions, tracking thru GTM and ga4. The pros end here.

Dislikes

1. Beware this company asks you to sign a 1.5yr bond. You should complete it mandatory to get experience certificate or else you'll have to pay 3 months salary. AND THEY TELL THIS ON THE JOINING DAY. dafuq 2. Salary credit on 15th of every month which is very very late. 3. All local clients and spends are very less. 4. There is no diversity in their strategical approach of optimisation. They follow template of strategy for all clients.
