1) Join for good package, later you won't get good hike 2) Some Old employees (Managers) are very much annoying, always showing attitude. 3) Some people who are in management position don't have enough knowledge about Design. 4) They will use Junior Design engineer as tissue paper. 5) Last but not least HR. She works only on behalf of MD, not even one percent she supports for employee. Initially everything will be fine, later she will change. 6) You won't get your PF on time, they will put once in a year.

There is compliance to wfh, most of the employees are in permanent wfh because the office doesn’t have good infrastructure

Dislikes

There are no benefits the appraisal will be poor no matter how the company performs. Only good thing is work from home apart from that there is nothing to applaud
