Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They provide dinner at the office.

Dislikes

Work environment is worst, there's no fixed date for salary they'll say it as 3rd, but they'll credit it at 7 or 10th. Lot of work pressure and they won't even inform it before termination. Sometimes you have to work for 10-10.5 hrs

I would give a zero if there was an option. This company is owned by scammers it seems. They suck the life out of their consultants. Don’t fall for them. All their recruitment team is from India. Stay away

...them. Stay away from this company if you are looking for a job and a good pay. They pay you very less and take away a major part of the salary you get for as long as they want.

Office politics is on the top Sandy & Hr. Manager Included Please do not Join. They are asking for overtime every day if anybody left the at end of the day they mark half day They Are asking for work all seven day. Someday if you are not able to do Submission HR marked Halfday.
