Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. They provide dinner at the office.

Dislikes

Work environment is worst, there's no fixed date for salary they'll say it as 3rd, but they'll credit it at 7 or 10th. Lot of work pressure and they won't even inform it before termination. Sometimes you have to work for 10-10.5 hrs

I would give a zero if there was an option. This company is owned by scammers it seems. They suck the life out of their consultants. Don’t fall for them. All their recruitment team is from India. Stay away

Office politics is on the top Sandy & Hr. Manager Included Please do not Join. They are asking for overtime every day if anybody left the at end of the day they mark half day They Are asking for work all seven day. Someday if you are not able to do Submission HR marked Halfday.
