...it snatcher team members. Zero work life balance, managers ping in every minute. No work ethics, no respect, no salary hikes.

We cannot even take sick leave for one day. Lost my eye sight still they will ask you type emails, join calls and work full day. No ethics and no HR policy to help employees. Better to stay away from this organisation. If there are requirment to travel you have to take care of your accomodation from your own pocket.
