1) 90 Day Notice Period 2) No extra allowances apart from fixed in hand salary 3) Pathetic working culture 4) No work life balance 5) Poor Management and HR Policies e.g. No Paid leaves allowed during probation period 6) 18 to 24 months Bond for freshers 7) Too much office politics 8) No Tea or Coffee 9) Only selected people get credit for the work done

Upper management is not skilled at all they just want labours , no job securing they can fire you at there will , no process no sop you are just puppet to your manager if you want to save your career donot dare to join this company

They should infact change their name to 360 LALA cloud technologies. Such a big company with literally not a single SOP. The company doesn't have a work culture and operates like a jungle raj setup. Literally, there is no sensible leadership member after the CEO. Guys, they have 3 month notice period and it is better for you to rather stay unemployed that working in such companies that ruin your mind.
