... since if it is not written. No seniors are there to guide you. Hiring is poor. Extensive work hours even on weekends without overtime compensation. No proper process planning is done before doing the project.

There are lot of good things to talk about but most important aspect is the the Friendly nature of each and every member whether a junior or the senior. You can approach anyone freely without any hesitation.

There are not much dislikes to talk about but i would like to highlight one thing is that sometimes i feel i dont get an equal chance to grow in my respectove creative field.

I haven't growth at all here, just doing adaptation work and nothing else. personally somewhere i feel that due to my adaptation work the creative skills have drastically decreased over the time.

According to my requirements, i needed a High Definition system for video rendering, but the company didn't provide one, but, they did offer rental laptops for employees.
