Company policy is also very employee friendly. scope of learning and exposure towards the field is very enduring. The team is so young and energetic and we all work as a team. The incentive policy and other benefits are also great. We have quarterly team outings and performer of the month policy is also very motivating. The way how they are treating is so friendly to the employee's and work culture is so good, Management are all so friendly to the employee's and they are addressing the grievance to the employee's directly and doing the needful for them. specially more security to the female employee's. Blindly trust to work with 3circle engineering.
