The work culture is really good. There is no micromanagement, and everyone is very collaborative and friendly. Additionally, the HR team supports employee growth and provides sessions for employees to receive constructive feedback from their managers. This offers insight into where our weak points are and how to improve. Regarding projects, there is a good mix of large scale projects from the Europe and US regions across multiple sectors. This presents an opportunity to learn more and progress in one's career.
