There is a huge cafeteria with all types of food, north food and south food. There are facilities like gym, library etc. Door drop etc. As it is MNC BPO, people will not fire you directly, if you don't do a job at the first time and will teach you instead. There are many awards and recognition provided, but need to compete with the team members. There are many IJPs.

Dislikes

The salary provided is too less. Not enough for Bangalore location. They is little bit work pressure in operations, but not in IT service desk jobs. They don't give more percentage in appraisals. They do not give you hike, if you move laterally. That is for lateral movement, like from BPO to IT Service Desk, they give no hike in salary.

... you can work in this company however for experience like us they pay very less. Every month salary decrease even after becoming SME. I no longer have interest working in this company

Company just suddenly asks my whole team to sit on a bench and then they informed that they are shutting down the whole operation in Ahmedabad. They didn't even gave us the salary of that month and also didn't encashed the remaining leaves. Apart from that they stole money from our OT amount and when we tried asking questions about these, they stopped responding to our calls/SMS and Emails.

...o job security. they will keep you on the bench even if you did not do anything. I had a very bad experience and now they are asking that I have to pay a certain amount for the settlement, I don't even know what kind of settlement they are talking about so radiculous.

There is no value for Tenure employees in the company and you hardly get the promotions and salary hikes, no market correction at all but at the same time high salaries are paid to new hires
