Infrastructure and facilities are the best. Friendly work environment with few employee friendly policies. Also, here they focus on enhancing the skills of their work force.

Dislikes

Salary structure with too many components, especially the basic pay is the worst in the industry which is even lesser than a security guard. The management has very smartly designed the salary annexure, so that they don't contribute more towards EPF or Gratuity. The company focuses more towards the revenue than its employees. Mid level management is very much into politics.

If you have done PUC and not interested to study further, this is the best company for growth , no work pressure , you work you earn. Flexible timing to work. Campus is very apauling and impressive. Have worked here for a year, and it’s all good

Company environment is absolutely great and the seniors are helpful and cheerful. They don't have the ego of being senior. performance incentives are good

Nothing much. I liked everything however if there is something to mention, I would point out the Salary package. However they do conduct Over Time which is an Added Benefit.
