In my 4.2 years of journey only one thing which I liked about this company. Self to work option which means if you opted not take a office cab then you will get Rs 100 per day which means Rs 2200 extra in your monthly salary.

... get any appreciation but you will be criticised for sure for any small error. The pay scale of this company is very less. The supervisor or team leader will literally give you threatening that, if you don't perform I will make sure you are out of this company without any experience. Plus you need to login in the graveyard shifts(11:30 PM, 12:30 AM, 1:30 AM, 2:30 AM, 3:30 AM, 4:30 AM) and you will not get any Nightshift allowance for that.

Nothing great have to review as its a company still in baby steps.

The compensation is poor ,and no work life balance and very tiresome schedules. Management lacks trained leadership and process is not defined properly.
