The company is very toxic, the manager the team leaders are not supportive it is not a great place to work working as an advisor for 8hrs Or more than that but getting paid only ₹1300 in a month

There is no value for Tenure employees in the company and you hardly get the promotions and salary hikes, no market correction at all but at the same time high salaries are paid to new hires

Lot of improvement is needed .. in terms of pay : they are ready to pay more for external hires but not ready to pay for someone who has worked in the company for many years .. ppl who come from outside May or may not be skilled but still get payed more .. but for ppl within know how to deal with ppl but will not get paid more .. which is disgusting. When it comes to appraisal .. it’s all scripted .. even when you do good for one year .. it still depended on your manager for rating .. disappointing When it comes to systems .. team leads will not get laptops to work which is ridiculous.. where as other companies agents will have better laptops.. we often feel like we are working with low grade company .. cost cutting will be looked even on team outings .. these guys talk about transparency as one of their value .. but management doesn follow that .. I would reckon someone joining here .. pls join only if you are looking to pass your semester off time .. come .. work here for 2-3 months and then quit .. not an ideal company for long term goals .. They have been ranked as 1 in BPO industry and they forget that it’s was only bcs of their agents and team leaders that took them their.. Toxic place to work 😤

If you have done PUC and not interested to study further, this is the best company for growth , no work pressure , you work you earn. Flexible timing to work. Campus is very apauling and impressive. Have worked here for a year, and it’s all good

Company infrastructure is good and we do have lot of work pressure. And we can't expect more salary. We need to catch bucket to get promotion. Easily they will not allow us to move to higher position. Infrastructure is good
