Working at 24/7.ai is pretty good, the best part is once u get into to the process, u will job security. They will not just throw you out for simple reasons. They do their best to keep you in the organization unless there is a NNB.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the growth is very slow and again it depends on the process you are in. There are chances they will put you to different process when the process u are in doesn't require you. In such cases, you will have to go with all the training stuff again, and you will have to start from first to achieve your incentives (ECOP) tier.

Likes

The work culture is amazing. The tram leaders are very helpful and friendly. Team bonding activities take place time to time. Apart from work, multiple cultural and fun activities are also conducted. The training is given before entering the floor and I feel it is appropriate. Both way cab is provided and the food provided in the cafeteria is inexpensive and is reasonable.

Dislikes

The management is not that good and the compensation given is very low. Although job satisfaction is there but the salary can be increased a little.

Training was pretty good. FLE trainer mridula was the best, we had a lot of fun activities during training, I liked the environment and team mates were very friendly.

...uring training, but by the end of 3 months training there's only 8 members left. And they say free transport but 2400 will be deducted from your salary..

The cafeteria is good with everything in reasonable price. Gymnasium for employees. Self to work allowance.

Dislikes

Salary is way too less for surviving in a city like Bangalore. Below average salary. No work life balance. Promotion is very slow. You will become a TL after so many years. You will get old till then. Comp off cash is very very low. Not even a comp off. I would suggest the management to atleast give something to the agents so that they will be proud of their job.

Double standards and fraud They will say ot will be given during high demand times and once work is done they will change terms and conditions than what they said at time of requesting ot Finally u get nothing And they will sorry N say either ot or incentive During recent football world cup we lost thousands ot Such a cheap and fraud company
