However, the salary for Business Development (BD) executives is only about double that amount, which makes the position less appealing. Therefore, I would not recommend it. Regarding targets, you can expect to achieve around 5 to 7 lakh. However, don’t expect much growth during the first year. As a BD executive, you'll likely need to work from 10 AM to 7 PM, plus additional hours from 10 PM or 11 PM until 1 AM or 2 AM, depending on the leads you have. They will assign you targets, but be prepared; they often provide websites with low-quality leads. This extra workload can add up to a total of 12 to 13 hours of work each day, and they won’t acknowledge this commitment, as they only want results and do not care about the amount of time you spend working. The HR department is acceptable, but I find their communication to be misleading. One of my seniors resigned due to the demanding hours and toxic work pressure. However, HR claimed he was let go for not meeting targets. During my training, he showed me emails from clients with closing statements spanning the previous seven months, demonstrating that he met all his targets. HR’s justification for his dismissal was, to put it mildly, a white lie. As a salesperson, I cannot recommend joining this company. If you do decide to join, ensure you negotiate a salary of at least 35,000 per month and make it clear that you will not be available 24/7 every day.

The whole atmosphere in the company is very bad and the main reason for spoiling it is the HR there. because I have never sing search HR in my life. There is a reason to say that HR forced me to deduct my payment during my internship when I did not have a single holiday and I was not paid in full after my internship. when I called and message her for my payment she did not reply to my phone and even after reading my message. search unprofessional and impractical HR. In short as long as she is the position of HR in that company that company and its employees can never work happily and progress.
