...'t have someone who hasn't taught a single day as Head of Academic Operations. The salary is been paid in installments for the last 10 months. Somebody should look into this

I started my journey as an HR intern in 21kschool then i got promoted as an HR Executive..so i just want to say i am so happy to be in 21kschool .. And What i like about 21kschool is that the seniors are very supportive and friendly... and the working culture is just amazing...

WFH is a good thing that they provide.

Dislikes

Too much of issues within teams. Not at all supporting colleagues. Plus issues with salary. They say something, do something else that eventually suits them. Too much of mind games within teams.

On days you feel you dont have work load but on the other days you have a lot of workload. The community is also great. You have autonomy

well, the same people are rewarded every quarter in the Rewards and Recognition. In teh middle school, teh same teacher has been rewarded two consecutive times: EXTRA MILER. Out of a staff of 39, only the same person repeated. The management is not even worried about anything . No appreciation to people who work

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
