They have made a scheme if any employee do 3 Escalation in a year then that person will not be the eligible for the appraisal and they demote that employee.

Wrost management, money minded they treat their employees like labour and foreced them for overtime without pay. If you think to say anything at uper level or you do that, you will be fired.
