Initially when the company was in a good state, salary always came on time.

It's a business driven company and not a tech driven company. Plan is changed every month and they just keep doing things on hit and trial basis. Sales team always had the upper hand on everything. Lack of leadership.

Salary and other HR policy are good in 1k except job security.

Dislikes

There is no job security in 1K ,they can fire anyone anytime no matter even if you joined a month ago. There is no guarantee how long your job will remain.

Appraisal k Nam k kuch ni yha 2 sal pure hone k bad bhi ..after two years i also feel k ye month niklna muskil h . Ek week off me b bolte h is bar week off ni milega . You have to work kyo k target ni huye h or khud hmara fon b ni uthate Sunday Saturday ko . Bakvas culture.
