No work life balance. City head bs name k h. Koi help ni krte na koi support. Bs Target k Nam pe danda karna aata h .na kabi ground pe aake actual issue dekhte . Ghar pe Beth k pressure krte h 4 month pehle ka Incetive rok k bethe h . Tsm's ka Incentive vaise to banta ni . Or agar bnta h to data manipulate kr dete h. Appraisal k Nam k kuch ni yha 2 sal pure hone k bad bhi ..after two years i also feel k ye month niklna muskil h . Ek week off me b bolte h is bar week off ni milega . You have to work kyo k target ni huye h or khud hmara fon b ni uthate Sunday Saturday ko . Bakvas culture.

Each n everything, After my 6 month of experience i realised that i have choosen the very bad company, Which has no work life balance, no Job security. If i talk about learning i have learned different types of abusing language which is taught by the seniors and they always tell "You are in sales so you have to abuse " There no sunday no Holiday. Each and every hour they pressure about the target ....

The initial stage was good, colleagues were supportive.

Dislikes

The Management was very poor ,there were no promotions or pay raises and no work-life balance. Salaries were often delayed each month and no one was taking responsibility of it.

Zero Job security , Poor management , compensation and reimbursement worst . You need to pay all marketing cost ,activities, BTL costs from your pocket and at the time of reimbursement..they used to pay 50%
