It's a business driven company and not a tech driven company. Plan is changed every month and they just keep doing things on hit and trial basis. Sales team always had the upper hand on everything. Lack of leadership.

Management says in interview more thing like as You will continue to grow in this company but it's not like that. Lower level Management always Harrasement by Middle level management, not a systematically work in this company always powerful managers Harrase Field Officers. In my point of view Company Rating ** only.

Ghar pe Beth k pressure krte h 4 month pehle ka Incetive rok k bethe h . Tsm's ka Incentive vaise to banta ni . Or agar bnta h to data manipulate kr dete h. Appraisal k Nam k kuch ni yha 2 sal pure hone k bad bhi ..after two years i also feel k ye month niklna muskil h . Ek week off me b bolte h is bar week off ni milega . You have to work kyo k target ni huye h or khud hmara fon b ni uthate Sunday Saturday ko . Bakvas culture.
