...anagement is very bad. Company policies are bad. There are no appraisal on time. No bonus and salary hike in this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No job security after confirmation of probation period.

Management, job security, At this situation COVID19 every person wants there salary for there surving they not want full salary but company ask employee his resignation or without pay or without full and final amount. Most of the employees still not received there salary for march'20.

If you take decision you are only responsible for the outcome ,nobody come and help. Owners sale there company without taking the employee and Hotels in loop now are there to face the consequences.
