Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Higher authority do not value and individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. This company is a very document-oriented company. Any time, the higher manager can say to leave the company.
