I am working from 3 years I promoted as head cashier I got increament and my in hand salary is 8700 and my CSA staff getting 8400 I got only 300 increament when I was cashier my head cashier was getting approx 9700 cash in hand when I promoted to head cashier I am getting 8700 cash in hand. I asked to hr. My area manager but any responce I worked 1 as head cashier in cashier salary in absence of my head cashier. No any increment was made.
1.Conduct meeting frequently.
2.Everyday staff briefing.
3.Strong communication from zero level to top level.
4.Incentives and bonus
5. Teammates are very supportive.
...ules to be follow but it doesn't strictly follow, it last only for some days.
Promotion is very slow or increment bof salary is very slow, that's why turnover is high.
Should give promotion and increase the salary. Instead of recruiting new members.
When it's keep on changing the staff or members, it's not a good sign.
And when new staff members took over, it will take some time to adopt the environment and take some time to be back on the right track.
Good working environment and culture .I love and enyoying working in this company , but there is one thing which I dont satisfied during lockdown that is we employee didnt get our salary during lockdown and even after lockdown this company didnt provide us even half salary .
...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
...esignation and if you deny they will block your mail,E.code and Entry in stores. It's not over here, They will never pay you F&F and in my knowledge 5-6 X-Area Manager had filed the case against company.
