There are lots of policies and rules to be follow but it doesn't strictly follow, it last only for some days. Promotion is very slow or increment bof salary is very slow, that's why turnover is high. Should give promotion and increase the salary. Instead of recruiting new members. When it's keep on changing the staff or members, it's not a good sign. And when new staff members took over, it will take some time to adopt the environment and take some time to be back on the right track....Read More
