Employee Engagement. Though it s Multinational company, it has emotional touch with its employees.

Dislikes

Followup Culture. For every activity there must be follow up. Otherwise your work will not get completed for years and years. Few policies are not well defined and employees don't at all know about those.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
