Zydus cadila is a excellent company but still not good opportunities here to grow up and do well in future. Too much hard work and very less salary provide.

Work culture is satisfactory, HR policies needs to improve to create MNC like culture, some time employee feel huge work load ,job is secure, person specific policies still practice.
