I am graduate with fluent communication skill and experienced but not selected. but they selected 12th pass not experienced and less knowledgeable just because his father have big contacts over there. Even they told me they only hire for 2 years contact base. wow great HR hirers and org!

Dislikes

Don't go for the interview. They are using negative approach and try to prove you are less knowledgeable. They are sweet mouther in front of you but behind make fun. Getting job possible if you have contacts over there. Degree and Knowledge is not important.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
