Management gives full of authority to HOD of department to use abuse word and scolding anytime with minor things issue and humiliated to employees up to his self confidence get loose and use valgar language In Zydus VTEC manufacturing unita Name of that HOD is Mayurgiri goswami Due covid 19 project his all behaviour things get hidden I am totally frustrated there but due to three years bond agreement and all original documents get submitted as per management policy,this policy is very much worst in Zydus group If employees leave should pay three lakh rupees.. then they provide experience and reliving letter. ..
