The only good thing about Zycus is the software itself. It is a vast tool with lot's of features which enables one to learn a lot. It is a good procurement software

Dislikes

The work place is completely toxic. There is no care given to the work life balance. Working overtime is a normal thing which leads to mental tiredness. There is very little recognition, there should have been recognition for even little things in manner of thank you or kudos. More often than not people work on weekends for long hours disrupting the work life balance. Ofcourse there is politics in management where the issues of lower level people are not given care about.
