Toxic culture, favouritism, promotions or increments got nothing to do with the merit, HR team is the worst and most unapproachable. Talent Acquisition team has such high ego that they behave like they only run the show and all the rest are nothing! Would be better if HR team was a bit polite, compassionate and approachable as that's what makes an employee comfortable but clearly this company doesn’t care about how people feel. Even the oldest of the HR team folks have stinking attitude. Hope Dilsher reads this and figures something out about or else I know how many important key people will decide to leave which will take a long time for the TA team to refill as we know the crap quality of hiring they come up with.
