Process is good but still company needs to be organised.

The co. Environment is fine but there are hell lot of politics involved within environment. The Am-QA alankrita sharma plays politics with their team workers follow by her (chamcha) Sanjeev kumar who is TL of outbound process. Both of them are like useless and just misusing their positions. And management is also cruel and ll never support even if we highlight their true faces. They don't even know the process and sitting at the position.
