1. Work culture 2. Upper management is purely third class. 3. Upper management don't know how to tackle or manage clients 4. They think employees are fool. 5. Go to gujarat court and findout the fraud cases on zunroof tech pvt ltd. Or go dev bhoomi society ghodasr and sell zunroof solar to them, then you will know about the perfect answer.
