Totally unsatisfied with the work culture. You can be called anytime to fulfill their work whether it is night or your sunday. The guys who calls themselves superiors do not care about your work life balance. Their work is priority not your quality time

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address any issues regarding work life balance. Throwing a party once in a year doesn't make the employers life great. You cannot feel growing in terms of career. And yes, you can achieve a higher position if you are a good licker. Thank you
