i have worked here for one year now and left this place due to all polictics megativitiy and biasness. They made me work 70k gave me that target and always use to brag its peak period peak period.its all lie its just lean period. Some teams are getting much work where others are not. Some TLs good and old employees are only promotedand helped for earning incentives. Whereas freshers are not given any work. Theirs all politics only thse will get 200 300/- rupees incentives for which employees are dying like beggars. This orgnisation soon seems to go in vain as it seems they wont be able to pay employees and are not receving any more assignments. Still they started hiring new many employees. Didnt understood why. But ya they are lying to then also. They go to colleges and beg there for more employees abd once you get fixed here they treat you lile shit. They dont have work or peak still they expect you to be at office and not approve wfhs, still the manager expects you should ask for work by yourselves and do dummy (Zoho mail work) many a times they force you ti work on sundays too. And the job overall is very dissatisfactory which is the reason I left. Now i have my glow back, its just exhausting job for 17k. For incentives of 1k on 17k if u go regularly to offce you'll earn 1k wow....I wrote so many assugnments jn this one year.and just 1120 is incentive for 73k wordcount.
