Worst HR services and they can’t do proper communication. Team manager is worst especially from Cloud/Branch connector. The manager doesn’t have any technical skill. Don’t know how to behave with employees. Doesn’t have patience to listen on employee issues.

Team manager for Cloud Connector / Branch Connecter product is worst , ruthless , inconsistent , no respect among team , constantly intimidating , lacking support , lacking technical knowledge , unfairness , unnecessary arguments , no caring, they treat freshers as a labor.

As a company, it’s doing pretty good and pays competitively. As like any other place, your work life depends on the team and manager/leadership you’re in. Luckily, my team was good and a good manager/leader so it was positive for us.

The pay raise is not so great and favouritism works here, the growth opportunity is not the same in every team and majority of the company runs on politics. there were many silent layoffs in 2024

The community within Zscaler is very strong and I’ve received help and guidance whenever required.
