The culture is the best part. Also, for a fresher it's one of the best firms to join as you learn to take the ownership of your projects very quickly and it's a useful skill in the long run

Dislikes

Work hours. Specially in senior positions you'll have to work across multiple projects and balancing that along with your own learning + mentoring juniors will come at the cost of your outside work life
