My 3+ experience at zostel is one of the best experiences of my 7+years career. Zostel has a different culture not only for their guests but also for their employees. Besides zostel's cool culture, as an employee I faced certain issues with the fixed remuneration plan and the working days. As zostel work in franchise model, the owners decide the remuneration and working days which I think needs to be fixed by the head office and must follow a policy.

I had a flexible style of working yet tight schedule at zostel. After working for months, the place became like my home and all the other staffs and guests were like my family members.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
