Management and office politics 1) A lot of middle managers are incompetent and exploit the work of people who work under them and take credit 2) Office politics are quite high which causes a lot of stress 3) Culture of company is bad where the management/CEO don't really have an open mind to receive accurate feedback, Since middle managers are bad it causes -ve feedback loop 4) Low trust environment even within the teams, you can't really trust your own team....Read More
