Need to improve in work life balance and moreover they are just terminating people by policies with out giving any chances to the employees need to give chance because as a courtesy in Zomato they are giving resolutions to the customers and delivery partner why can't they think about the employees need to give a chance to improve their performances and other things

The work culture is excellent and Zomato is known for its work culture. You will get a chance to work with the country's best minds. You will learn a lot and I can say every day you will discover a new thing. The company has one of the greatest leave policy and you don't have to get the approval of your reporting manager, you just have to inform your reporting manager and you can have your leave.

Dislikes

Your work-life balance will be destroyed. 10-12 hours shift is pretty normal and they will term it as "Hustle". If you are ok to "Hustle" then it is a great place to work.

Bad work culture ( morning 10:00 am you have to come and leaving around average 9:00 pm) if you leave around 6:00 pm then you have to message on slack and tell the team that I’m leaving early for some personal work. 2. They expecting that you have to work on weekend. 3.
