There is a lot to learn if you have a positive outlook working here. Working as an assistant, you might either get stuck in the rut or if you're a keen learner, you will be given responsibilities as per your capabilities. It is a fast paced environment with everyone focusing on getting the work done. They have an open office system which is conducive.

People here are stagnant. Growth is restrictive because of the same.
