There is no job security, at any point they can terminate without any proper reason. They will terminate or put employees in PIP at the time of appraisal. No appreciation for work. Instead work overtime or work on weekends.

1) Mobility team lead has no technical knowledge and don’t know how to to handle team 2) TL and product analysis both are playing politics with new joiners 3) they are forcing us to come Saturday or Sunday. Language basis politics Irresponsible and less knowledgeable senior and all of them are very good at blame game and won't give you proper product knowledge Manager is having 2 3 hand licking employee whom he listened to and will make decisions on their opinion irrespective of your contribution and work No job security:- will be fired any time without notice No employee benefits...they will watch you for how much time you are taking for tea coffee and whether you are using mobile phone like a school and if you come 5 minutes late they will cut half day salary. Working at ZKTeco has been an extremely disappointing experience. The management is disorganized and lacks clear communication. There's no room for growth, and the company severely underpays its employees, with no bonuses or incentives. The work culture is toxic, with unrealistic expectations and zero flexibility—no remote work options even during critical situations. Training and support are nearly nonexistent, leaving new hires struggling. It's feel like you are studying in LKG where teachers keep an eye on timing and other things. R&D head usually keep waiting at main gate to check for timing which is really hillarious. Even we don't get time to have food peacefully as only 15-20 mins is available for lunch and all.I wouldn't recommend ZKTeco to anyone looking for career advancement or a healthy work environment. They will deduct 500 rupees from the salary in 1 minute delay also. Never seen such toxic company with this kind of stupid higher management people....Read More

One issue was that an employee named Pratap, who doesn't understand any technical concepts, was asked to conduct the reviews. They are very good at terminating employee without any reason and very good at politics. Team leads are not good, They are biased with their people only, with other state employee they behave differently. And some of the TL's are very good to potery you negative infront of manager and Hr to terminate you.
