They are not supporting in this time at all, even people are scared of there jobs because of lack of funds. Also they have claimed that out pays will be deducted from current scenarios and covid19 loss and this is the the result of appraisal, no one is getting promotions but getting demotions.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about this company, lack of professionalism and work life balance in, higher levels who doesn’t have any levels pay partial games with there down team members. This was a worst decision to join this company, please do not sniff through the money they offer as they can take it back without even asking you by showing there poor stage of not getting money to run the company and because this Totally unprofessional company with worst to worst HR, this is just a fake attraction trap for employees who have such great experiences gets ruined here totally....Read More

They just provide you work totally irrelevant to your experience because of lack of management and suddenly they will realise that people here are over priced compared to the work because of there own faults.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
