Toxic management. Flat hierarchy nature. Irrespective of how many facts present here, people will join because they need Hyderabad location. To become confirmed employee, you have to literally clean the manager and skip level manager. ZF lndia is a company formed by the funding of ZF Germany, but the sad part is who ever join this during early zf incubation period in India hyd location, they think that it is their Father's asset. Racist environment, nothing to like, micromanagement, Southsupremacy vs north Indians, lot of corruption within IT, management not stick to policy, insurance scam, female employee threatened to be silent against harassment, HR head lady herself was victim and exit in single day.

I joined this company initially. Then they gave us training for four days. Exams were conducted on whatever was taught in the training.Skill development improved greatly due to training and physical work.

As per the interview, the nature of the work was different in the company. The salary was very low for the work. There is no match between the job designation and the work there. One has to work standing for eight hours.No chance of sitting
