Racist environment, nothing to like, micromanagement, Southsupremacy vs north Indians, lot of corruption within IT, management not stick to policy, insurance scam, female employee threatened to be silent against harassment, HR head lady herself was victim and exit in single day.

Management not believe in learning and skill development of employee, leading towards corporate slavery, german always insult Indians, anti Indian propaganda, always cancel approved leave no personal life, lot of damagers spoiling employee life.

I joined this company initially. Then they gave us training for four days. Exams were conducted on whatever was taught in the training.Skill development improved greatly due to training and physical work.

As per the interview, the nature of the work was different in the company. The salary was very low for the work. There is no match between the job designation and the work there. One has to work standing for eight hours.No chance of sitting

All sugar coated words by recruiting leadership, they need headcounts to take the blame for their illfit n conventional process.. Attrition is mainly bcoz of the old school wabco team... no process,no standards.... as usual another hyped organization from LinkedIn.
