As a trainee you have to operate CNC Machines. It is a great opportunity to learn about CNC machines their functions, working etc and you will be able to operate them using CNC codes(G - codes and M-codes). You will not get any training from staff members however they tried to train us once but it was the first and last time. Learning depends on you as if you ask your coworkers about something they may or may nit tell you, it's about you relation with them. Good work experience and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is not provide canteen facility and transport facility for employees. Otherwise all is well.

There is lack of canteen facility for employee and workers and also not provide transport facility. And growth rate is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. There was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job at the work time. I got a chance to wear multiples hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
