Poor skill development. I just say 'bakwas projects' for most of the projects. Doing Hybrid System with 3 days in week, which is not suitable for Mumbai City. I think, company should there office less congested city like Navi Mumbai or some other city. There is no work life balance if we have to come 3 days a week in Mumbai City. Company assumes that all the employees are getting their salary to spend whole on rent, they don't need any other things. They assumes, all employees lives near Peninsula Business Park, lower Parel.
